1. Service-Based Transactions
As we provide utility connection services, billing support, and promotional offers, all transactions are service-based and do not involve physical goods. Therefore, standard product return policies do not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
Failed Service Activation: If we are unable to successfully connect your utility service and the failure is not due to incorrect or missing information from your side.
Service Cancellation: If you cancel a request before it has been processed and submitted to the utility provider.
Incorrect Billing: If you were charged for a service or promotion you did not request or authorize.
Note: Refunds are not issued for completed service connections or promotions successfully processed on your behalf.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You change your mind after the service has been successfully completed.
Incorrect or incomplete information was provided, leading to service failure.
Delays caused by utility companies or third-party providers.
Promotional or discounted service fees after successful activation.
