2. Refund Eligibility

Failed Service Activation: If we are unable to successfully connect your utility service and the failure is not due to incorrect or missing information from your side.

Service Cancellation: If you cancel a request before it has been processed and submitted to the utility provider.

Note: Refunds are not issued for completed service connections or promotions successfully processed on your behalf.
